I upgraded my laptop to Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackal today.  With my main partition formated to ext4 the sucker boots up in just under a minute.  57.8 seconds to be exact.  Something it hasn’t done, well… Ever. And I’ve had this thing for 4 years.

So yeah, I’m still embracing my huge nerdness.
